    We are seeking a sophisticated and strategic Publicist to join our agency team, representing a roster of high-profile celebrity talent, thought leaders, and top-tier influencers. The ideal candidate is a dynamic communications professional with exceptional media instincts, deep entertainment and digital industry awareness, and a proven ability to manage multiple clients with discretion, creativity, and precision.

    This role combines talent representation, reputation management, and PR strategy, requiring someone who can both execute tactically and think strategically — crafting narratives that build cultural relevance and drive meaningful visibility for each client.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary agency contact for assigned clients, managing their brand identity, voice, and overall PR strategy.

    • Develop and execute tailored media campaigns that elevate clients’ personal brands, projects, and partnerships across entertainment, digital, and cultural platforms.

    • Secure high-impact coverage across top-tier outlets (broadcast, print, digital, and podcasts) through targeted pitching, storytelling, and relationship management.

    • Represent talent in all press and publicity activities, coordinating interviews, appearances, editorial features, and red-carpet or event participation.

    • Advise clients on public positioning, messaging, and long-term visibility strategies, ensuring alignment with their career and brand goals.

    • Collaborate with brand partners, studios, networks, publishers, and digital platforms to optimize exposure and partnership storytelling.

    • Monitor media, cultural, and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities for thought leadership and press positioning.

    • Oversee all press materials including bios, press releases, media training and prep.

    • Work cross-functionally with agency teams — including partnerships, social strategy, and creative — to deliver integrated campaigns and consistent messaging.

    • Manage multiple client accounts, balancing short-term publicity activations with long-term strategic planning.

    • Maintain the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in entertainment, talent, or influencer PR, preferably within an agency environment.

    • Proven success managing publicity for high-profile clients and securing coverage in national and global outlets.

    • Strong media relationships across entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, culture, and digital sectors.

    • Experience representing or collaborating closely with public figures, influencers, and thought leaders.

    • Exceptional writing, pitching, and narrative development skills.

    • Confident client-facing presence, with the ability to navigate high-pressure environments gracefully.

  • Position Overview:

    The Social Media Marketing Manager oversees and executes social media strategy for our influencer management firm, managing our Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts. They contribute to the curation of engaging content for our monthly newsletters and possess a strong understanding of social media trends, an eye for compelling content, a passion for building and engaging with online communities and amplifying underrepresented voices. The Social Media Manager is also responsible for managing and creating social media content, optimizing social media platforms, community management, and developing content strategies. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy and editorial calendar to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers across all platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and newsletters.

    • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content, including text posts, videos, and images, tailored to each platform's specific audience and requirements.

    • Monitor and respond to comments and messages, engaging with our audience to build strong relationships and foster a sense of community.

    • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand, agency, or influencer, demonstrating a strong understanding of audience engagement and content strategy.

    As a Talent Assistant you will support the Talent Management team in coordinating influencer campaigns, managing client communications, and ensuring seamless execution of brand partnerships.This position is ideal for individuals who have at least 2-3 years experience working in an agency support role and they are passionate about the influencer marketing industry and eager to contribute to a growing and dynamic team.

    • Provide administrative support to the Talent Management and Campaign Management team and their respective rosters

    Job Description

    Kensington Grey Agency Inc is hiring an experienced Sr. Talent Manager to join our expanding Influencer Management Agency. As a Sr. Talent Manager you will drive revenue from Kensington Grey's top spending brand partners and new revenue from business development to your roster of diverse social media influencers.

    You are passionate about sales with brand and agency contacts and have a strong knowledge of the Influencer Marketing landscape. US social media agency experience is preferred but not mandatory.

    Ideally, you are a self-driven creative thinker, who is prepared to roll up their sleeves and get the job done in a fast-paced, high growth environment. You're creative, open-minded, persistent and highly collaborative – all vital attributes in order to interact successfully with internal and external clients.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Build awareness of Kensington Grey’s Influencer roster and agency capabilities through client presentations.

    • This role combines new business development and sales skills with ongoing relationship management.

    • Negotiation of in-bound sales opportunities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies for long-term revenue growth

    • Building a strong partnership with our Campaign Management division

    • Offer expertise & thought leadership on industry trends and best practices for Influencer Marketing to advertisers across all verticals, which includes key performance metrics, creator content creation, and attribution methodologies across all marketing channels (TV/Digital/Social)

    • Evangelize and build confidence with clients using various customer and media insights to better define media execution and buying strategy

    Experience / Background

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

    • 5 years of relevant experience in managing relationships with advertisers and agencies

    • Proven track record of developing talent from micro to macro creators 

    • Proven track record of working with celebrity and or high profile talent

    • Proven track record of helping creators expand into other areas and markets like television and acting, product development, hosting, speaking engagements or podcasts.

    • Proven track record of securing long term and premium brand deals ($100K+)

    • Experience mentoring up and coming Talent Managers and Support Staff

    • Strong existing relationships with brand and agency stakeholders is a preference

    • Past Influencer Marketing sales experience is ideal, but we’ll consider candidates with other digital sales experience and business

    • Understanding of industry trends with regards to Influencer Marketing

    • Experience operating within and across cross-functional teams (project management, implementation, legal, finance, talent, etc.)

    • Ability to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects/agreements at once, in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
