Chelsea B is a Chicago-born textile artist, designer, and educator whose work lives at the intersection of fashion, art, and storytelling. Raised on the South Side of Chicago, she is known for transforming everyday materials into vibrant sculptural garments and wearable art, giving ordinary objects new meaning through craftsmanship, culture, and creativity.

A graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and founder of House of Chelsea B, Chelsea uses textile art as a vehicle to celebrate nostalgia, community, and self-expression. Deeply inspired by both fashion and fine art, her work challenges traditional ideas of what crochet and fiber-based design can be, elevating everyday items into statement pieces that spark conversation and connection.

Chelsea has collaborated with leading brands and organizations, including Nike, Jordan Brand, Adidas, Pinterest, the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, WNDR Museum, the Nigel Sylvester Foundation, and LISTERINE. Her work has been worn by Megan Thee Stallion, Lizzo, and Coi Leray, and featured on RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars.

As the Season 1 Disruptor Winner of OMG Fashun, Chelsea continues to push the boundaries of textile art and fashion, creating work that merges innovation, culture, and storytelling in unexpected ways.
