Vice President, Influencer Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as the Vice President of Influencer Marketing. This role will be responsible for overseeing the campaign management division and the talent management division of our influencer management agency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the influencer landscape and have a proven track record of new business development, senior leadership, client relations, and developing top-tier influencer talent. As the VP of Influencer Marketing, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and providing strategic guidance to achieve organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company's mission and goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

  • Proven experience in client and talent acquisition within the influencer marketing or advertising industry.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Directors and Sr. employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

  • Foster strong relationships with clients, influencers, and key industry stakeholders to enhance the agency's reputation and expand its network.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving collective goals.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and clients.

  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.

  • Excellent analytical abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance evaluation.

  • Monitor industry trends and technological advancements, integrating relevant insights into the company's strategies and operations.

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships, leading negotiations and contract agreements to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to uphold the agency's reputation for excellence.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

  • Regularly report to the CEO on the agency's performance, achievements, and challenges, providing strategic recommendations for continued success and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven leadership experience in a senior management role within the digital marketing, advertising, or influencer management industry.

  • Exceptional business acumen with a strong track record of driving business growth, expanding market presence, and achieving financial targets.
